The Chicken or the Egg?

By Nan S. Russell Even before I checked my calendar on Monday morning, I knew the appointment would be there. Passed over for promotion again, Ralph wanted specifics on why I hadn’t chosen him for the position. This was not a new conversation. I thought of Ralph as my chicken and egg dilemma. Ralph was the chicken. He believed he would make a great Team Leader, and when I promoted him, he would step up and show me how well he could lead. My position was that of egg. Prove to me you have leadership skills by demonstrating leadership in the job you have now, and I’ll consider giving you the next position. Here’s the question: is it better to do the work, knowing you will ultimately be rewarded for having done it, or should you wait until the reward is there before you do the work? Like the proverbial question of which came first, the chicken or the egg, people differ widely on the answer and run their careers accordingly. Here’s the way I see it – one has more to lose by taking the position of the chicken and waiting for someone else to anoint them, than by being the egg and anointing oneself. If I had waited to be a leader until someone offered me a leadership position, I might still be wishing and hoping for someone to notice me. When I wanted to be a manager, I did the work of a manager by taking on more and more responsibilities. And, I got promoted. When I wanted to be a director, I did the work of a director, without questioning compensation or title. After proving myself, I got the job, the title and the compensation. Same with being a vice-president. Doing the job first, gave me the job. It’s the same now that I’m out of the corporate arena. Take my dream of being a writer. Changing careers after twenty-something years in management, I could have waited to write a column until I secured a writing contract for one. But, why would someone pay me to write without reading my words and knowing I can. Chicken and egg again. What works for me has been consistent. When I do the work first, the rewards follow. I think of it like exercising. Doing it gives me better results than thinking about it. No one likes to be called a chicken, so … be the egg. (c) 2004 Nan S. Russell. All rights reserved. The Financial Industry: Your Rights as a Consumer

By Benedict Rohan The financial services industry is highly regulated and companies selling financial products or advice must adhere to a stringent set of guidelines set out by the industrys independent regulatory body, the Financial Services Authority. The FSA has wide-ranging rule-making, enforcement and investigatory powers and your rights as a consumer are well protected. The aim of the FSA is to promote efficient, orderly and fair markets and to help retail consumers achieve a fair deal (source: www.fsa.gov.uk/pages/About/What/index.shtml), and it has four principle objectives: to promote confidence in the industry, to increase public understanding of the financial system, to protect consumers and to reduce financial crime. Companies must be authorised by the FSA in order to sell financial products and services. This includes banks, building societies, investment companies, mortgage providers, insurance firms, financial advisors and pensions sellers. They must comply with the guidelines set out by the FSA in its Handbook. Broadly speaking, the rules that financial companies must follow are to: be trustworthy and financially secure provide clear information to help you make financial decisions, such as key facts and key features of products and services give professional, competent advice have clear and straightforward procedures for making a complaint inform you about compensation methods You can find out whether a company is authorised by the FSA by using the Check Service on the FSAs website. If you have a complaint about a financial product or service you have bought, you should contact the company in the first instance. If the complaint isnt resolved to you satisfaction here, you should then contact an independent complaint scheme such as the Financial Ombudsman Service. The Ombudsman will carry out an impartial investigation into the complaint and will attempt to resolve it. You dont have to accept the Ombudsmans findings, but if you do they are legally binding on both you and the company with whom you have a complaint. If you dont agree with the findings and want to take the matter further, the next step is to take your case to court. Banks and building societies also have their own voluntary code of conduct for promoting best practice and ensuring that customers are treated fairly and reasonably. Managed by the Banking Code Standards Board, its known simply as the Banking Code and most major high street banks have signed up to it. Products and services covered by the Code include bank accounts, overdrafts, loans, credit cards and foreign exchanges. Some of the key rules to which the participating banks and building societies agree to adhere are: providing clear information on products and services and how they work ensuring that promotional material and advertising are accurate and not misleading keeping customers informed by sending regular statements and telling customers about changes to terms and conditions, charges or interest rates acting promptly and fairly to deal with complaints when things go wrong using safe and secure systems and keeping personal information confidential promoting the Banking Code and ensuring that employees understand and abide by it The Banking Code Standards Board isnt able to investigate individual complaints on behalf of consumers, but its helpdesk can provide useful information and support. If you have a grievance that youve been unable to sort out with the company concerned, you should take it to the Financial Ombudsman Service. Seasonal Experience Of Life – Over The Rainbow – I Was Abandoned At The Age Of Four

By LaRene Ellis I was abandoned child at the age of four and I lived to tell my story about my life. Some people say getting older is hard and it takes courage. Ive found all ages can be hard or difficult. Life takes courage to live. Each stage has its challengages and blessings. With each passing day, they give us a chance to look back and see a puzzle. The picture on the puzzle is me. Who am I? Where am I going? What have I become? Am I pleased with where I am? If not, how do I fix it? Each day, I add a new piece to the puzzle of life. A chuckle emerges inside to witness the work in progress. I can see every path, Ive taken makes up me today. The experiences Ive had and have choosen to endure give me the courage to be truly happy. I discovered that true happiness comes from within. Nothing in this world can give it to me but myself. It starts with a choice that we all make. The day my mother left us. I entered a world of fear and became frozen in that moment, viewing my whole world through it. Fear never left my until I faced the day my mother died. It took knowledge, understanding and expections of myself to melt away that frozen moment. Getting rid of my anger, hatred for my life, which translates into depression and anxiety, I found personal freedom that feels incredible. After years of being a businesswoman, I decided to take that I learned from being adandoned at the age of four and living through it to become a very happy individual and write a novels. My new career started out to be a story for my children and theirs. Life seems to test us all. I wanted them to know that theyll be okay when the storms of life come knocking on thier doors. Its possible to get through your fears. We all have them. Its a rule that each person gets a certain amount of fear so they can learn their way out. We get into trouble when we fight or run from it. I decided to apply what I learned about how to be happy to a ficional, fantasy story for young adults. It became a story about a family in another galaxy separated by tragedy of war. They are the only ones who can solve the mysteries that are in the galaxy. Theyre surrounded in espionage, mystery and a battle between good and evil that keeps you going wanting to know what is going to happen next. As they search for answers to their past. The characters have to deal and handle their emotions and disappointment of the moment, like us. The family and war are interwined and they are the only ones to unravel the secrets and stop it. They need to cover come their fears and persaonal problems to do it. The way they solve their personal problems are what I wanted my children to know. The secret to happiness is inside of all of us. Just like Dorothy, from the wizard of OZ. She always had the ability to take herself home. We all have ruby slippers. We just need to learn how important the real things are in life. Sad to say, we usually dont until theyre taken away from us. Touch moments wont destroy you, they bring you out. Understanding the laws that govern out lives, we can easily build ourselves into a emotioanlly strong, healthy person. Its a choice we are all face with and it those choices that make or break us. Most people quit and medicate themselves. When the painkiller wears off, theyre still faced with the problem but now theyre bigger. I pause when I hear people mention, I hate my childhood. When you ask them why? They complain about their disappointments. Things didnt quite go the way they wanted. Inside, I chuckle and say to myself, If you only knew what a horrible childhood or life was really like. You would hug the stuffings out of yours and you should. Its one of the greatest secrets. Before I learned the secret of happiness, it was always impossible for me to look back on my life. When I did, I had to face the verbal abuse that I encountered daily. The lonely moments of isolation and knowing I was dependent on myself for survival. Growing up, I wasnt allowed to be with my friends. I had to work and missed a lot of the things kids take for grant. Today, I deeply love my youth. It was the best thing that ever happened to me. So when I visit my past and I find my little self frozen in fear and loneness. I take her in my arms and hold her. Then whisper, I love you. Youre going to be okay in the future. Its okay you dont have parents. Its okay you never see your brother and sister very often, if ever. Youll be okay, no never forget it. So where did this all begin? My story begins on a cold, wintry night. I was told it happened on January 17th. It took place in a very tiny hospital in a very small town high in the rocky mountains. The town was called Coalville. I was the fourth child in the family of five children. We lived on a dairy farm about five miles from Park City, Utah. A few chickens, milking cows and a horse that no one was allowed to ride. It belonged to my grandfather who had it there for those who worked for him. As youve guessed, we lived with my fathers parents on his dairy farm. My father didnt work with his father but owned and ran a feed and grain business close to the farm. Mother stayed home and took care of us, which pleased me. I loved to be around her. There was always a feeling of security and warmth from mother. I felt it from her mother too. I always like if those two women were in my life. I would be okay. They were my security blanket. Things were pretty good, I thought. I loved living where we did. There was a lot of open fields and places to explore. My favorite pass time was to climb a hill near the barnyard and watch the valley below. My other love was to walk along a stream that ran through our property. I would follow a leaf down the stream until the stream left our property. It started out to be a paper boat but I learned quickly they didnt last long in water. So I went to leaves. I enjoyed being by myself, exploring the hills and streams around the house. Enjoying the solitude, I didnt invite my sister and brother. Little did I know how much I would be by myself in the future. I shouldve taken a hold of the opportunity and invited them. Life was good and I looked forward to going to school and learn. Ive always had a passion for learning and it shows in the future. For some reason, my started to change at the age of three. My parents started to fight constantly. At times, I wanted to put my heads over my ears and scream. It was miserable to listen to them constantly going at it. It was only a couple of years ago, I was told why they fought. My fathers only employee had embezzied seventy or hundred thousand dollars from him. This was the fifties so you can see it was a lot of money for them. Until he found out and sen the man to jail, they fought over the lack of money. I assumed my father blamed my mother. Eventually, he figured it out and sent the man to jail. It left my father angry and he took it out on mother and us. But I never saw things get better. My father ended up in the hospital and had his stomach removed. Weeks later when he returned, mother got pregnant. She became very tired and my oldest sister became engaged. After her wedding, my oldest brother made the decision to move to Canada for two years. There were huge gaps between the two oldest and the three of us. As you can see, they were ready to leave the nest. It would leave us a lone with mom and dad. Mother didnt get better. She was six months pregnant when they brought her to the hospital in Salt Lake City for tests. It was in the middle of November, I think. She never came back. Doctor… What Do I Do Now That They’ve Taken Away My Vioxx!

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Nathan_Wei] Nathan Wei Ever since the huge tidal wave of publicity that surrounded COX-2 drugs hit the American public, patients with arthritis have had to deal with the consequences. While some deaths possibly could have been attributed to cardiovascular side-effects, there has been a huge downside. This has been the radical removal of medicines which had been the source of better quality of life for thousands of patients. So what are the options? Well for one, there is still one COX-2 drug available. Celebrex has been shown to be effective for pain associated with osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. The down side is that patients with a history of allergy to sulfa should not take it because of cross-reactivity. Also, despite the touted safety for patients with prior peptic ulcer disease, the benefit of COX-2 drugs has been negated when patients have had to take concomitant aspirin therapy. Nonetheless, Celebrex remains a viable option for patients who are in need of the benefits of COX-2 inhibition. Older non-steroidal drugs also remain on the market. These include drugs like Relafen, Lodine, Mobic, Daypro, Motrin, Naprosyn, and Voltaren. Unfortunately, data has indicated that all non-steroidal drugs share an increased risk of cardiovascular events. In fact, it appears that many of the older drugs such as Clinoril, Voltaren, and Indocin probably have a higher cardiovascular risk than many of the newer medications. A new plant-based cyclooxygenase inhibitor called Limbrel appears to be both effective as well as safe. Clinical trials in osteoarthritis are ongoing. Interest in nutritional supplements has also offered a possible alternative. The recent NIH GAIT (Glucosamine/Chondroitin Arthritis Trial) has been called a negative study by some. Nonetheless, 66% of patients taking glucosamine/chondroitin benefited vs. 60% in the placebo group. While the numbers may not be statistically significant, no one can explain why the actual treatment group did better than the placebo group and why animals studies also show a benefit. (Its hard to fake placebo effect in animals). Non-drug therapies such as weight loss, thermal modalities (heat and cold), topical agents (rubs), and exercise play an important role in the management of arthritis. Integrative therapies such as acupuncture, various herbal supplements, and hypnosis might benefit some people. Newer therapies such as electrical pulsed coils might also help. This type of therapy has drawn much interest because of its non-invasive, non-drug properties. Its important that patients consult knowledgeable rheumatologists to assist them in their quest for safe, effective relief from arthritis pain. Dr. Wei (pronounced way) is a board-certified rheumatologist and Clinical Director of the nationally respected Arthritis and Osteoporosis Center of Maryland. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Maryland School of Medicine and has served as a consultant to the Arthritis Branch of the National Institutes of Health. Just like finding the right greenhouse is important, your greenhouse accessories are important too and need to be carefully considered. One without the other will simply not do! You can read up in books or on the internet about what greenhouse accessories are important. There may be several categories to choose from so plan on spending some time looking at all the accessories and then start a list. You may even want to begin a greenhouse accessory journal. This will make it easy for you to keep track of all your purchases. You will need to know what type of greenhouse gardening you plan to do – are you going to grow all year or just get an early start in the spring? This will help you choose the best greenhouse accessories for your gardening needs. Look at the pots and see what kind you will need and how many. Think about the plants and flowers that you will be growing and that may help you with your decisions. There are tools that are needed in the greenhouse. Having a good array of tools makes your gardening experience easier. It is also important to use the correct tool for the job. Body Fat Distribution Factors

By Laura Ciocan Most men and women put on weight differently. But on what makes fat settle in a preferential way, there is little evidence. Scientists ascertained that the specific body shapes are: the android shape, or apple shape, common among men (fat deposits on the middle section of the body, mostly on the abdomen) and the gynoid, or pear shape, more common among women (fat deposited on hips and bottom). There is also the third type of body shape: the ovoid shape, not differentiating between men and women. With this type we can speak of an over-all general coverage of bodyfat. Thinking of many cases of exceptions, I try to find out in what follows if there is a strict specific fat pattern distribution for men and women and what are the factors influencing fat distribution. And I find this interesting not in as much as the aesthetic side is concerned but from the health perspective. Being overweight or underweight are characteristics depending on many factors: you are genetically overweight if you have a family history of overweight parents/relatives. Also, the nervous system plays an important role in balancing the body weight: serotonin and endorphins send signals to the brain that induce the need to eat or on the contrary. There is also the CCK hormone which transmits the brain signals on the state of satiety – it decreases hunger. While generally, body weight is influenced genetically, hormonally and by the body maintenance condition (the activity routine), it seems that the fat distribution is influenced by age, genetic inheritance, race, but to a greater extent by gender specific hormones. They are responsible for the distribution of fat in certain zones of our bodies: thus, estrogens which are responsible of the typical female sexual characteristics will influence the fat deposition in the pear format, favouring its laying on the hips, thighs, and belly, while testosterone will “lead” fat mostly towards tummy and upper body. Latest studies show that men’s tendency towards the gynoid format has increased in the past 30 years (one study shows a growth of 2 inches in men’s hips in the past 30 years). According to researches as John R. Lee, M.D (specialist in natural progesterone therapy), Dr. Jesse Hanley and Dr. Peter Eckhart, it seems that modern life exposes people to increased amounts of estrogen and estrogen-like substances (xenoestrogens or foreign estrogens). Sources of these substances can be plastics, plastic drinking bottles, commercially raised beef, chicken and pork, personal care products, pesticides, herbicides, birth control pills, spermacide, detergent, canned foods and lacquers. The problem is that increased estrogen levels in men not only make their hips fatten but are the main risk factor for disease such as prostate enlargement and cancer. Also, for women, the android pattern fat distribution should raise questions with regard to hormonal imbalances, such situations being a potential cause for health problems such as polycystic ovary syndrome. We’ve seen how health related problems can affect body fat, now let’s take a look at how fat can induce health problems. It is clear that increased body fat affects health, the news is that its distribution on the body influences the state of health of specific organs. According to its placement, fat can be subcutaneous (under the skin) or visceral (around organs). The greatest concern is generated by visceral fat that can interfere with the good functioning of vital organs. There is a relationship between overall fat deposits and specific fat deposits: fat around the body middle section is associated with visceral fat, so, abdominal fat is the most serious health risk. The waist to hip ratio is a method of determining whether there are excessive amounts of upper body fat. It is obtained by dividing the waist measurement by the hip measurement. The upper limits are:.95 for men and .80 for women. Any exceeding values should be alarming. Apple-shaped fat individuals are exposed to a greater risk of developing obesity-related diseases, as the fat is intra-abdominal and distributed around their stomach and chest. They risk: Cardiovascular diseases and hypertension Type 2 diabetes Respiratory diseases (sleep apnea syndrome) Some cancers Osteoarthritis The pear-shaped overweight persons are at greater risk of mechanical problems, as most of their body fat is distributed around their hips, thighs and bottom. Both apple-shaped and pear-shaped obese persons are likely to develop psychological problems and alteration of the quality of life. In any case, extra-weight cannot create but problems. Fact is that the main role in acquiring extra-fat is the food intake that the body cannot burn for various reasons (such as a decreased metabolic rate, low activity level or the physical condition), and, consequently, it creates fat deposits. The solution is a classic one: diet and exercise. However, in shedding extra weight there are men-women differences. The process appears to be harder for women. The total mass of the body is made up of fat mass and fat-free mass. The fat mass can be of two types: essential and excess. Essential fat is found in bone marrow, in various organs, and throughout the nervous system. Women are at a disadvantage, as their physiological processes (childbearing and hormone functions) require a plus of essential fat, the “sex-specific fat”. Thus the total percentage of body fat is higher, moreover, this part of essential fat is hard to dislodge. Secondly, women have less calorie burning muscle than men, which makes it more more demanding for the female to achieve a trimmer figure. Now, girls, don’t use it as an excuse! What Is Hair Mineral Analysis?

By Joy Healey Hair contains all the minerals present in the body and, in most cases, reflects the quantity of these elements in your tissues. Analysis of this information provides a wealth of information on how efficiently your body is working and its nutritional status. A blood test will only give information about your mineral levels at the time the test is taken. For instance, if youve just eaten a banana a blood test may indicate a high potassium level, even though you actually need a potassium supplement. Hair analysis reflects your bodys storage of potassium over a period of time, not what you ate that day, or even that week. Likewise, urine tests measure what is being excreted from your body, which is not necessarily what has been absorbed. How is it carried out? Taking a hair sample is simple, non-invasive and pain free. Any-one can do it. Full instructions are supplied. The sample is despatched to a lab in the USA which specialises only in hair analysis. There it is prepared for testing and acids are added to break the hair down, separating out the elements in the hair protein. After digestion the remaining mineral salts are put into solution and analysed by sensitive and specialised instruments. The results are interpreted to produce nutritional mineral levels, their interrelationships and metabolic categorisation. The report is then personalised complete with graphs and explanations which may give you answers you have been seeking for years. Why the USA? After evaluating various services I settled on this lab because it offered excellent value for money, a superb report and a fast service. Reports typically contain over 12 pages of information (depending on findings) and are normally delivered within a fortnight. They include levels of 38 minerals and the interactions between them, metabolic type with a list of recommended supplements and details of foods to increase and decrease in order to improve your mineral balance. Although there are cheaper services, some I have seen return just one sheet of paper giving levels of less than 20 minerals. No explanations, no interactions, no graphs, no analysis. You get what you pay for. Are there any problems? You will be asked to specify which hair preparations you used, as some hair treatments can contaminate scalp hair. For instance dyes may contain lead acetate, bleaching processes affect calcium and certain medicated shampoos contain zinc or selenium. However, only that individual element is affected. All the others tested are valid. Although some health-care professionals remain sceptical, in the past twenty years there have been over a thousand references in peer-reviewed journals, supporting the reliability of the HMA. Case history 1: J.C. presented with symptoms of fatigue, lethargy, joint aches and excessive hair loss (at age 25). His hair mercury was markedly high. Following treatment his hair levels of mercury decreased to a much more acceptable level and his symptoms improved significantly. The source of the toxicity was never identified. Case history 2: C.T. became mentally ill and was diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia. He was also alcoholic and consuming large quantities of drugs. An HMA revealed four times the acceptable levels of lead in his hair and also elevated levels of cadmium, mercury and copper. Following therapy and supplementation his condition improved dramatically, he lost his cravings for alcohol and his symptoms of mental illness reverted to normal, with no further need for psychoactive drugs. Case history 3: L.S., a housewife in her early 40s, had been feeling tired for months. Her doctor had run all the standard tests and could find no problems. Finally she had an HMA which showed she had high levels of lead that were causing her tiredness. The cure came easily, she was feeling better in two weeks and the tired feeling vanished within a month. L.S. was breathing excess lead from a car exhaust. How much lead are you breathing in from car exhausts jogging or queuing in heavy traffic? How much cadmium have you accumulated from passive (or active!) smoking at the office and the pub? Is the mercury in your fillings stable, or is the vapour slowly poisoning you? Why might you benefit from an HMA? If you have a disease or illness that has not responded to conventional treatment, you may wish to explore other possibilities and an HMA is an excellent place to start. If you suffer from “unexplained” problems such as headaches, backaches, weakness or tremors, an HMA may help you to get to the bottom of it. Or you may just be feeling under par without knowing why. How much lead are you breathing in from car exhausts jogging or queuing in heavy traffic? How much cadmium have you accumulated from passive (or active!) smoking at the office and the pub? Is the mercury in your fillings stable, or is the vapour slowly poisoning you? Are just toxic minerals examined? No the HMA will examine the status of the essential minerals such as calcium, magnesium, zinc, chromium and a whole host of others. Modern food processing methods strip nutrients from food. A massive 98% of chromium is stripped from flour in the refining process. Chromium is an essential part of the Glucose Tolerance Factor which controls blood sugar, stimulates burning of food for energy, controls blood cholesterol levels, reduces blood fat levels and suppresses hunger symptoms. Modern farming methods have depleted the mineral content of soil and addition of some fertilisers can make minerals unavailable to plants. If sodium (in table salt), calcium (in dairy products) and phosphorous (in fizzy drinks) are present in excess in your diet, these can upset the natural mineral ratios. Is fluoride in your water supply depressing your calcium absorption? The graphs in an HMA will reveal all. Why not find out? To sum up: Obviously an HMA is no substitute for diagnosis by a qualified medical practitioner, but if conventional medical investigations have failed to find a reason, or suggest a treatment for your problem, Hair Mineral Analysis represents an invaluable and cost effective next step. Joy Healey is a nutritionist who obtained her Dip.ION at the prestigious London Institute For Optimum Nutrition studying on their three year “Nutrition Consultants Diploma Course”. The Institute was founded in 1984 by Patrick Holford, one of the world’s leading authorities on new approaches to health and nutrition. Garlic Fights More Than Vampires

By Kadence Buchanan Closely related to onion, shallot, and leek, garlic has been known for more than 5,000 years for its special smell, taste and healing powers. Throughout all of recorded history, people have been using garlic for a variety of purposes; either culinary or medical. It come as a surprise to some, but apart from its legendary powers to “scare vampires away,” garlic has been considered for centuries a natural health improver that originates from a simple perennial plant. In short, garlic is one of the best natural healing herbs and culinary ingredients currently available. From the earliest times, garlic has been used as an article for diet. In fact, garlic has been consumed by ancient civilizations on a daily basis. This herb’s unique capabilities come from its components, such as calcium, selenium, zinc and potassium. Its essential oils-whose principal active agent is allicin-have made people want to praise this health fighter’s strong antibiotic, antifungal and antiviral properties. From healing an upset stomach to fighting infections, garlic has been incorporated in modern medicine practices and has experienced tremendous success for its positive results. Since garlic is easily incorporated into a meal, one can chop or crush garlic bulbs and individual cloves after peeling them or even add the whole garlic head for some extremely tasteful culinary creations, this aromatic ingredient brings an extra tone of healthy nutrition to daily cuisine. After garlic is ingested, it is absorbed into the bloodstream and then diffused through various organs. Patients suffering from intestinal upsets have added 7-9 cloves of garlic into their daily diet plan so as to keep the acids released inside the stomach from developing over a specific amount. Fresh garlic can also be directly applied in the naked skin’s surface, if one suffers from athlete’s foot, skin infections and acne. Moreover, fresh garlic mixed with honey can be an extremely effective home remedy for colds, throat irritations or other areas of the human respiratory system that might be affected during a period of flu. Finally, those hesitating in adding garlic to their daily diets due to its characteristic odor that causes bad breath, there is always the solution of chewing a strong gum, fresh parsley leafs, thyme or peppermint, right after consuming a meal that contains any quantity of garlic. Always remember to choose from firm garlic bulbs, which are taut, unbroken and white or light in color. It is essential to keep garlic stored in dry, cool places and if properly stored, garlic can last for several weeks. Concluding, if you are not a garlic fun, avoid buying braids of garlic to hang on your kitchen cabinets, as its bulbs will be spoiled before you have a chance to use them. Keep in mind that garlic is an excellent germs fighter, antibiotic and powerful health agent, making it a perfect natural addition to your meals. Do not let its odor keep it out from your fridge or cool cupboard. Eat garlic and keep health problems, such as migraines, influenza and blocked arteries, always far away.
